Free Wheel of Life Therapy Exercise
Examining different areas of life, such as health, relationships, and spirituality, can significantly increase our overall level of satisfaction in life by highlighting key imbalances and areas for growth. This holistic perspective allows us to set meaningful goals during our therapy sessions and prioritize what truly matters. By cultivating balance across various domains, we create a more fulfilling and wholesome life.
To use the "Wheel of Life" therapy exercise, start by dividing a circle into segments representing different life areas, such as work, relationships, and self-care. Rate your current level of satisfaction in each area on a scale from 1 to 10 , and then shade or fill in the segments to gain greater insight to your overall life balance (see the example given below).
